Thanksgiving

Happy Belated Thanksgiving to all even my over seas blogger friends. It was an awesome weekend. Jason and my family all got thru and enjoyed each others companies and we all had a great time. It was so good to see them and hang out and do the family thing. JJ was a good sport hanging with the mom and dad considering we dont hang with his very long, just short visits. He said he had a great time. He made this road trip so fun. He would spot things and I would see things in a new light. It was awesome. OMG the pics we took were so hilarious some of them. Too funny. We took my dad to Buffalo Wild Wings. There was no sneaking cigarretts this time. He is smoking so it kinda took the fun of that out of it. oh well. It was fun anyways.
My parents really like him alot and thinks he is a very nice guy. I am glad. He is the one for me and me for him.
Took JJ siteseeing and had a good time. Not much siteseeing to do in Lubbock, Tx mind you but Texas Tech Universary was fun to tour, beautiful campus and they have a museum thats free and kool to see also. So much as changed there for sure.
Got to see my friends Biker and her hubby and it was so good to see them. JJ really liked them also. I hope they like him. I hope he wasnt to rude with his phone. It was a short visit unfortuately due to having to leave early due to possible bad weather along the way. So we will have to spend more time together for sure.
We also got to see my friend cha in Ruidoso and she gave us a place to stay going and coming back. I love Ruidoso so much. Forgot how much.
So now there are only a couple more friends for him to meet and he has met everybody.
We did our last touristy thing as we got outside of Flagstaff and went by Meteor Crater. Very cool. Worth the money. I know its a big hole in the ground but there is something about it that is amazing to think what took place to create it. Our other funny things were sitting on a big Jack Rabbit, Standing in front of a Wigwam (tp for short), Going thru pie town, JJ getting on top of turkey made out of bail of hay and metal. So many things that were just plain funny.
So a road trip enjoyed for sure, family that was enjoyed for sure, and getting to see good friends. Priceless!!!-

Life is good

I have to say life is good! JJ is here and we are doing good. We are enjoying our life together. It is so nice to come home to someone other then my dogs. We started doing healthy things such as take a hike Monday and today we went to the aquaplex and worked out today and enjoyed the hot tub. We are going back to meet my parents and friends for Thanksgiving. I am so excited. Wwe leave on wed and come back on Sun. Long drive 11 to 12 hours long. Going we will break it up. Coming back we will drive the distance. II am already told how I am so much calner and not stressed out. That is huge for me right now. Well to finish I like my friend am into facebook and am finding it easier to just jot a thought down. Harder to do this right now. Hope all have a great thanksgiving.
