Life
My life will have normalcy. What is that? I am not selling my house. Jason was laid off from his job. We are moving him up on Sunday. He has talk to a few people about the possibility of work. I am working on changing my mind frame of not moving and not starting over. I guess we will finally be together. I am looking forward to that part. At least we get to enjoy all of my work. I use one of the sinks and tried the new faucet. It was nice. The house is so clean and it looks good. So there you go. Amazing how life can change in a moment. It is snowing. Not ready for this. Sun is trying to come out.

Friday Nite
Excited to be able to blog from my blackberry. I am down in phoenix with jj and Sammy. Went to a kool sports bar but lots of families with their families. Shekei has a game to play in the band so the 3 of us are just hanging out. Glad the weekend is here taking the girls to see where the wild things are. Looking forward to hanging out. Off to enjoy!!!!

Late
The realtor is late by almost an hour. She called me and told me she would be here by but not here yet unless the traffic was back getting out of here. I straightened up. I have walked thru to see what else I need to do.
Touch up painting for sure. base boards w/ old english. And finish the staging.
Leaving for Phoenix tomorrow right after work. I am so ready to get out of here. I need a break. We are going to get the girls tomorrow and take them home on Sat. Shekei has a band competition sat evening. So I guess we will go to the movies. I want to see where the wild things are. Some one, a guy, took his son to see it. He said he cried at the end. Oh well. I dont care. I am excited to get to hang out with them all. It will be fun to hear what is new in their lives. How school is, etc.
Tipper is doing good today. I called the guy who painted outside for me and he is going to come take care of the pups twice a day. Give tipper her antibiotics and show him what he can feed her. He will need to hang out til she eats or Sam will eat her food. He's doing what ever to make extra money. So since the dogs like him and he likes the dogs and I trust him then I feel okay with leaving town.
My carpet looks absolutely awesome. I think I am going to leave the dogs outside in the sunroom all weekend while I am gone due to not wanting the carpets to get dirty.
I have also decided I need to get the filters down for the heater and find out the size and go up to home depot to get new filters. It was really cold this am. The temps are getting down in the high 20's to 30's. So I guess its time to turn the heater on. Damn it. People at work are surprized that I dont have the heater turned on already. Nope thats what long sleeves are for.
Oh the dogs are barking, maybe that is the realtor. Here she is.

results
Well I picked tipper up and she has cirrhosis of her liver and a mass on her spleen. I am not doing anything else on her. I am going to make sure she eats twice a day.
My carpets came out gorgeous. They look brand new. This company got all the stains out. Amazing.
Realtor will be here tomorrow. Ready! Met up with Dido and she is sad I am leaving but she knows this is what I need to do! She totally understands. Alot of people I work with dont want me to go but she tells them its time. I totally agreed!

The vet
Took Tipper to the vet. Spoke with the vet and he showed me the labs. Calcium is high. Not good. Very indicative of Cancer. He is doing xrays today to verify what he is thinking. I broke down and just cried in the vets office. I am so sad.
I got back and am working outside to clean things up and he is just barking his head off. When I was in the house, he is going thru the house looking for her and coming up to me and making a crying noise. This is going to be so hard if this is what it is.
I am meeting with the realtor tomorrow instead. I just had a long talk with her. I pretty much told her I am not doing a short sale or a foreclosure. Dont have to. I need to walk away with money in my pocket. I have to have money to move!!!! She is going to bring me a packet to go thru to look at all this stuff of selling. She will do her figuring this weekend and get back with me next week.
Well onto the back yard to straighten things up. I am also going to get curtain rods up and curtains before they come to clean the carpet.
I am meeting up with Dido later for a drink.

Tipper
I took my dog Tipper to the vet. She wont eat or hardly drink. She will eat chicken. Its been so frustrating and heart breaking. she has now lost another 4.5lbs or 2.2 to 2.3kg for you hunterer. They drew a bunch of blood and got a urine specimen. I told the vet I am very worry that the news will not be good. He agreed and also said she has alot of red flags. I told him I knew. I started her on antibiotics again.
He will call me in the am with the results. JJ asked me last weekend how would Sam do with out her and I said I think fine. I think it would be hard at 1st but he will do fine. He saw how tiny she is. And now to see she lost even more weight.
I have someone coming to feed her chicken breast this weekend. I bought it frozen so I can heat it up in the microwave. I dont have a fridge anymore. It is gone. Friends are coming to take it away tomorrow nite. So who ever buys my house will have to buy their own fridge. So what I do buy food wise is frozen. So he will give her antibiotics and feed her chicken. I need to get away and will think about what to do this weekend and then come back and do what needs to be done.
I also spoke with the realtor on the phone and she is pretty straightforward. So she will do her research and let me know what she thinks. She also says that I am up against short sales and people losing their homes. I did tell her I know I wont make alot of money but I do need to make some money so I can rent a truck and move and get a place to rent.

Merry Maids!
I am to the point of Merry Maids coming tomorrow. Finally. OMG what work to get to this point. I am so excited about my house getting clean. I have never had my place professionally cleaned! They will clean everything from ceiling to floor, walls, baseboards, cabinets, blinds, windows,floors, bathroom, wipe everything down everywhere, vacumn, all of it!!!! It is going to feel so good to walk into a clean house. Once they leave then I will get on the phone and call the capet/grout cleaning company to either come on Sat or next Wed when I am off from Work. Luckily my neighbor is off from work and will let them in and check on them off and on. She is a sherriff! Enough said!
I have 2 curtain rods to get up. Bought some drill bits and wall anchors to put the screws in.
I will need to go to walmart, target, kohl's, bed, bath, and beyond to get towels and rugs for my bathroom and vanity. Curtain rod for the front room. I also will look for a cheap table and chairs to put under the light fixture in the great room.
Its going to be warm on Sat when I am off so I am going to work on the front and back yard to get that in order.
Then call the realtors and hopefully by next Friday there will be a for Sale sign in the front yard! I was taking the trash out to the street to be picked up and looked around and teared up in realizing I am almost to the end of my journey with this whole thing.
Oh I am so excited Dido came over and we made my headboard. OMG its gorgeous. When I am done I will take pics and post so everyone can see the hard work and the beauty of it all. The material I bought is a tan silky material with a cool texture that is diamond pattern and raise. I matched it up with a tan color in one of the pillows. The headboard is 82 inches long. The thing that took the longest was getting the mounting brackets matched up on the wall and the board. The rest an hour.

The time it took in all several hours.

We put the comforter set on the bed to see how it all went together. OMG It just popped! It looks absolutely gorgeous. I wont put the comforter on the bed til the sign is about to go up because of the dogs but when I do my room will just look like a place you just want to be!!!
Well JJ went to a meeting at work and its not looking good right now. He is not getting many hours. He came up here this last weekend and we talked about it. Our future might not be in Phoenix after all. It might be California or Austin. California would be closer for the girls. He talked to his boss to see if there are any openings in other branches. His company has branches all over. I am okay with that. I would get to be near the ocean and the mountains. Where ever we can be together is where home will be and we will be happy. So there you go.

Weekend
Hunterer you crack me up. I did rest enough now that I am ready to go again! lol
I have gotten some rest. I also went and rented or should I say tried to rent the
1st 2 seasons of Mad Men. I love that show. The characters, costumes, etc. I remember my mom going thru her closet when I was really young and getting rid of these pretty dresses and she said they were very stylist for their time and whats funny this was in the 70's and her clothes were from the 60's the same time period as this show. Crazy how I hadnt thought of that memory came back. Anyways I could only rent the 1st 2 discs from season 1. Someone had the 3rd disck out and the 4th was there. I want to see them in order. So now I am on the 2nd disk and will finish watching the 2nd disk. I will just have to go back sometime and rent the last 2 disks and maybe some of the 2nd season.
Anyways I am home for the weekend and about to start picking up and putting away. I am going to start in the front room to clear off the table and buffet. Put the plates back on the plugs again, etc. Clean it up and figure out how to decorate the table and buffet. Then on to the guess bedroom and put the bed together I bought a few weeks ago. Put up curtains and make the bed. I hope it looks good. We shall see. I have the next 2 and 1/2 days to do this.
I did take a ride up Snow Bowl Road and the colors are just starting. They need a couple more days and it will be in full bloom. So after Lunch on Monday I am taking another ride up there and finish taking my pics of the fall colors. This will be my last fall which hit me while I was driving up there. Fall here and in phoenix is so different. colors changing, getting colder, feels like fall. In phoenix it means temps under 90's, down to 70's and 80's which sounds wonderful at the same time. Amazing how it could be so different in the same state.
Well off to work!!! Working towards my future!

home sick
I am home sick today. Not feeling good at all. I woke up puking and diarrhea, cha cha cha cha. I just feel worn out. To much going going and having fun. It has caught up with me. I will hopefully be back to normal tomorrow. Work tomorrow and be off for 3 days. Lots to do in those 3 days though. Will finally get back on track working on the house. I am going to be ready to hire Merry Maids and interview realtors by the end of the week. I really am close to being done. Good feeling.
